Undated Homeschool Planner Printable for 1–4 Kids
One cohesive planner instead of a stack of mismatched freebies or a 300-page bundle. Weekly lesson grids that put up to four children on one page, plus attendance, hours, reading, curriculum and portfolio records. Print only what you need.
The problem with most homeschool planners
Free printables are usually single pages from different sites: a weekly grid here, a reading log there, each with a different look and paper size. Paid planners swing the other way: hundreds of pages, dated calendars that go stale, and layouts built for one child, so a family with three kids prints three of everything.
This planner is built around how multi-child families actually plan: one weekly page for everyone, with a Together column for read-alouds, morning time and shared subjects, and one column per child for their own work. Because nothing is dated, you can start in August, January or the middle of a term.

Here is the 3-student weekly layout filled in the way it is meant to be used. Shared work goes in Together; each child's column holds only their own lessons, so a quick glance tells you who needs you next.

Questions
Is it really undated?
Yes. Months, weeks and years are blank lines. You can start any time and reuse the files every year for your own family.
What paper sizes are included?
US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) and A4 (210 × 297 mm), as separate PDFs. The tablet editions are Letter-proportioned and work in common PDF annotation apps.
Do I have to print all 25 pages?
No. The print edition contains one copy of each template; you choose which ones to print and how many. The printing guide has a calculator for a typical year.
Does it tell me what records my state requires?
No. Rules differ by state and country, and this planner does not give legal guidance. It gives you clean templates for the records families commonly keep; check your local requirements and use the pages that match.
Can I share it with my co-op?
The license is for your own household. Please send friends to this page instead; the free sample is fine to share as a link.
